Who can request it?
Customers who have purchased through the online platform for personal purposes have the right, pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, to terminate the contractual obligation without having to provide any reason and without incurring any costs, except for certain exceptions provided for by the Consumer Code.
Who cannot request
it The customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and in any case in all cases provided for by art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. Professional customers will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal if the purchases are made for purposes related to their business (with VAT number) and not attributable to personal use. Although not required by current legislation, we would be very happy to receive a brief comment on the decision made, so that we can improve our service and/ or our products.
Withdrawal procedure
The Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products. After this period, this right will no longer be applicable, as follows: - for orders for a single product, from the day the customer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer acquires physical possession of the product; - for multiple orders with separate deliveries, from the day the customer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer acquires physical possession of the last product; To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform us of his decision to withdraw from the contract with explicit communication, via: - traditional mail, sending to: Contel Srl Strada delle Brigole, 46 23877 Paderno d'Adda (LC) - e-mail by writing to the email address info@newellmed.it Typical example: I, the undersigned …….. hereby inform you that, pursuant to art. 64 of the Consumer Code, I wish to exercise my right of withdrawal for the purchase of the item(s) with code……. and that I will send them in the next few days at my own expense by means of …….….. I attach consignment note no.……... Upon receipt of the Customer's communication, we will promptly send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal via a durable medium (e.g. by email).
Return shipping
Shipping is the responsibility of the Customer, both for direct costs and for care and responsibility. Ship to Contel Srl Strada delle Brigole, 46 23877 Paderno d'Adda (LC). Shipment must occur within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. If the goods are received after this deadline, the right of withdrawal will not apply. The product must be returned in substantially intact condition, as originally delivered to the customer (the packages must not be opened unless necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item). The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, accompanied by all accessories and information leaflets, with identification tags, labels, and disposable seals, if present, still attached to the product, intact and untampered with. If a kit is included, the entire kit must be returned; partial components or parts of it cannot be returned.
Verify
Once the goods are received, the integrity and suitability of the product(s) will be verified. The verification procedures will be videotaped.
Depreciation
In the event that the goods have been handled in a manner other than that necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, or if details are missing that contribute to the reduction in value of the goods, the refund will be subject to a proportional reduction and will always be communicated promptly. Reimbursement Once we have verified the integrity and eligibility for reimbursement, we will proceed, as soon as possible and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the return, to credit the cost of the returned product, withholding, where necessary, the amount of the shipping costs.
