Shipping and Returns Shipping Your Package


Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after payment has been received and sent via GLS/BRT express courier with tracking and delivery control. You will receive a link to track your package online.
Average shipping costs are fixed at €7.00 and include packaging fees. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed independently, and shipping costs will apply to each of them.
Your package will be shipped at your own risk, although special care is taken with fragile items.
Shipping is free for orders over €50.00. Shipping available only within Italy – shipments valid only for Italy.




HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Before initiating a return, customers may contact our customer service team at +39 039 928 1268 or via WhatsApp at +39 375 805 0291 for assistance or personalized support. We will be happy to help you in the best possible way. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The customer must:

  • Properly and securely package the purchased product to prevent any damage during transport;
  • Ensure the product is intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any accompanying documentation);
  • Cover the shipping costs for returning the product;
  • Acknowledge that the shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo inspection (the process will be video-recorded). If the product is confirmed to be intact and compliant with return requirements, we will proceed as soon as possible with refunding the cost of the returned item, deducting—if applicable—the amount of the initial shipping charges.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used.




If you are a registered user: start the procedure through the "My Account" area 

  1. Log in and go to “Order history and details”
  2. Select the order and click “Details”
  3. Check the product you wish to return, enter an optional message, and submit the return request

You will receive updates on the status of your return in the following days at the email address used to register on www.newellmed.it.


If you ordered as a guest without registering: request a return by email to info@newellmed.it indicating:

• Order number
• Reason for the return
• Tracking code of the shipment you arranged




Return Conditions

  • Only complete products may be returned, not individual parts.
  • The item must be intact and in its original, complete packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping and proper packaging.
  • Upon receipt, the product will be inspected (with video recording of the package opening).
  • Any missing components or damage will result in a reduced refund, which will be communicated in advance via email.



Refund

If the return is compliant, the refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the product.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction (PayPal, card, bank transfer), unless otherwise agreed.
The refund will be issued net of any initial standard delivery fees, if applicable.
