Delivery and Returns
Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment, via GLS/BRT express courier. As soon as they are dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your order.
Shipping costs are generally a flat rate of €7.00 and include packaging. We recommend placing all items in a single order as we cannot combine separate orders: each will incur its own shipping costs. For orders over €50.00, shipping is free. (Shipping costs apply to Italy only.)
How to make a return

If you placed your order as a guest (without registering):
Please email us at info@newellmed.it, stating:
• order number
• reason for the return
• Once the return has been approved, we will email you the address to which you should send the parcel; once it has been dispatched, we will ask you for the tracking number.
If you are a registered user:
• Log in to your “My Account” section
• Go to “Order history and details”
• Select the order and click on “Details”
• Select the product you wish to return, add a message stating the reason for the return, and submit the request
• You will receive all shipping instructions directly via email.
• Once the return has been approved, we will keep you updated on its status via the email address you used to register.
Return conditions:
• Please pack the item carefully to ensure it is not damaged in transit
• The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, complete with all its parts (including packaging and accompanying documentation)
• You are responsible for the return postage costs
• You are responsible for the shipment
• When we receive the product, we will inspect it (the process will be filmed). If everything is in order, we will process the refund as soon as possible, deducting any initial shipping costs. Any missing items or damage will result in a reduction of the refund, which will be communicated in advance via email.
• The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
